Villa Ferroni draws inspiration from the architectural fabric of Miami Shores. Spanish Colonial references appear in proportion and rhythm, while the mid-century influences soften the silhouette through curved windows and horizontal emphasis.

At approximately 4,800 square feet, the single-story home maintains a humble scale, despite its generous footprint.

A detached rear garage doubles as a gallery space for a car collection, with its custom vehicle lift. Through carefully aligned glazing, vehicles remain visible from the main living areas, transforming the garage into a visual extension of the home’s interior.

Material choices emphasize warmth and longevity, supporting the hybrid stylistic language. Rather than exaggerate either Spanish or mid-century references, the architecture allows them to coexist quietly. Villa Ferroni feels personal without feeling thematic. Its character is rooted in proportion, subtle curvature, and layered lifestyle integration.
