Casa Costa is defined by clean lines and a disciplined minimalism. A floating glass and wood stair anchors the space, allowing light to move freely through the home. Natural light is maximized throughout, reinforcing a quiet complexity beneath the simplicity.

A two-story rear addition extends the Surfside home with architectural restraint, preserving continuity while enriching its warmth. Structural alignment allowed the new construction to blend seamlessly, while interior detailing and material selections introduced a quieter, more intimate character throughout the living spaces.

Casa Flamingo balances modern Miami architecture with warmth and livability. The landscape is drawn into the primary living spaces, shaping how the home is experienced day to day. Designed for gathering, it moves effortlessly between intimate moments and larger occasions.
