Villa Bali was conceived around preservation. At the center of the property stands a 100-plus-year-old tree, and the architecture was designed to orbit it rather than displace it.

The home’s geometry is intentionally restrained—crisp lines, controlled structures, and expansive glazing—allowing the organic form of the tree to remain as the focal point. The contrast between structure and natural branching creates visual tension that defines the residence’s identity.

Interior spaces orient toward the tree, reinforcing its presence from multiple vantage points. Careful structural planning protected root systems while maintaining foundation stability. Material choices support the dialogue between modern and organic. Smooth surfaces reflect light subtly, allowing shadows from the canopy to animate interior walls throughout the day.

Villa Bali’s character lies in coexistence. Rather than dominate the landscape, the architecture feels curated around it—demonstrating that restraint often creates stronger visual impact than assertion.
