Casa Maroc leans more distinctly into Moroccan influence. The architecture is composed of clean masses softened by tactile finishes—lime-washed walls, French stucco exteriors, and hand-applied Tadelakt surfaces in bathrooms that catch light subtly rather than reflect it sharply. Arched passages and recessed openings introduce rhythm without excess decoration.

Rather than replicate historical forms literally, the design abstracts and translates them into a contemporary Miami context. Exposed concrete floors ground the residence, providing modern contrast to the organic softness of plastered walls. Courtyard spaces become central to the spatial experience, filtering daylight and encouraging airflow through the home.

The exterior reads calm and grounded, while the interior unfolds in layers of texture and tonal variation. The result is a residence that feels warm, atmospheric, and deeply tactile—where material authenticity defines identity.
