Hank Bush

Hank Bush is Co-Owner and President of Blanco Design + Build, bringing more than 26 years of experience across real estate development, construction, and project execution. Raised in Georgia, Hank began working in the construction and real estate industry at a young age, went to med school, and later chose a career in development, drawn to the complexity and long-term impact of the built environment.

Over the course of his career, Hank has led large-scale adaptive reuse projects, mixed-use developments, office and condominium conversions, and custom residential construction. His background includes co-founding Southern Investment Associates in Atlanta, overseeing major redevelopment projects such as the Lenox Collection, and later pioneering office condominium conversions along Brickell Avenue in Miami.

Hank joined Blanco Design + Build in 2019 to apply his operational and construction expertise within a fully integrated design-build model. At Blanco, he focuses on execution, risk management, and aligning architectural ambition with disciplined construction delivery. His experience across multiple market cycles informs a practical, detail-driven approach to building custom homes that are not only distinctive, but well planned, durable, and thoughtfully executed from start to finish.
