Esteban NAvia

Born and raised in Mexico within a family deeply rooted in residential construction, Esteban Navia developed his skills from an early age—starting with hands‑on labor such as laying block, advancing to equipment operation, and eventually assisting in managing and building projects. These formative experiences built the practical foundation and work ethic that continue to guide his approach today.

Esteban began his formal engineering studies at ITESO before relocating to Miami in 2021, where he continued his academic development, graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. This blend of academic preparation and real‑world field experience shaped a well-rounded technical perspective early in his career.

Through family connections within the industry, Esteban began collaborating with Blanco Design + Build. He initially supported job-site operations and field coordination, contributing where needed while gaining familiarity with the company’s workflows, teams, and project standards. Over time, his engineering background and leadership capabilities led him to take on greater responsibilities—including Assistant Project Manager and then Project Manager—where he oversaw high-end residential construction, strengthened field procedures, and optimized project execution.

As his involvement grew, Esteban’s technical expertise and operational insight positioned him to play a key leadership role. He now serves as Director of Construction, guiding project delivery, quality assurance, and construction strategy. His contributions to streamlining internal systems and elevating organizational efficiency naturally expanded into his role as Director of Operations, where he works closely across departments to enhance processes, coordination, and company-wide performance.

Today, Esteban brings a balanced combination of field experience, engineering education, and operational leadership to Blanco Design + Build—working in close partnership with the company to deliver high‑quality projects while continually strengthening operational practices.
